This balance shoe is no longer made but we've confirmed the 15-177 Coil Balance Assembly to be a suitable replacement. Carefully review the dimensions below to confirm.
It is compatible with the Series 152 Coil Balance, which is attached using the 33-072 Screw. You'll need the S152-7 for the coils marked with a 7, but be sure to double check on all of them to be sure they're the same.
The covers can be replaced with the 15-143 Coil Bushing, 15-144 Coil Bushing Cap, and 15-145 Coil Support Barrel.
Based on the sash weight and stamp on the one coil, it sounds like you may need the S152-9 (9lb coil spring). This will support a sash weight of 32lbs, which should be fine for the 33lb weight.
