Hoping you can help me identify these two cranks needed. Arm is approx 12" long

We'd be happy to help but we'd like to see a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible. That will help us narrow down some options.

They are removed from the window at this time, but here's a picture of what I have. Please let me know if you may be able to assist.

Great! This is a huge help. Start by taking a look at our 39-013 and 39-014 operators along with the others that we have listed for you on this page. Carefully look over the dimensions for each and see if any match up to the original assembly.

Thanks, but none of the options you linked have a 12" long arm. Do you have any that are 12"?

I'm afraid we don't carry an operator with a 12" arm, unfortunately. The operators I linked you to are our closest options.
