This mortise looks similar to our 82-265, though that doesn't tell us much about the handle set. The 82-265 is compatible with dozens of different kinds. Can you at least show me the spot on the door where the old handle installed? Can you also tell me the distance between the installation hole centers?

The distance between the installation hole centers is 12 1/8" or 308mm where the mortise lock attaches. The distance between the installation hole centers for the handle is 12 inches.I attached new photos. Thank you so much for your help with this!

That's enormous. The only mortise we have that comes close is our 82-260, but it still falls short. The design is different, too.

We simply don't offer any handle with 12" hole spacing. The largest we have is just a little over 6". I have a feeling your hardware was made specifically by the manufacturer for this door, and you will likely have to contact them directly. I apologize for the inconvenience.
