The balance and pivot bar in these photos appear to match our S795-34 with the 34E strength option and 26-040. Review the specifications for these parts to confirm they match up with your old hardware.

I'm not sure what locking assembly you're looking for, however. I'll need to see photos of the part in question in order to help.
