Weathervane wood casement windows crank is stripped

Several needed one left and one right. See pictures you can sometimes crank them open but can only shut them part way then the handle just turns and turns

Hello! It definitely sounds like you need a new operator. Yours in particular looks like an older version of our 39-014. We also sell the 39-013 for the opposite side. Let me know if you had any questions!
