Hello,

Take a look and compare the specifications of the 15-199 pivot shoe, which is compatible with the 1/2" wide S160 or 3/8" wide S165 coil springs, to your parts. For a 20-pound sash, I would recommend using two S165-5 coils or an S160-4 and S160-5 on each side, depending on the size of your original coils. Thanks for posting!

A quick learner from Ohio says:
If I order these springs do they come with the outside cover or sho? Mine has disintegrated and are no longer usable. I am thinking I need 2 S-165-5 springs.

They do not come with the cover but you can find the compatible options under the related items section of the S160 and S165 product pages once you've determined the correct replacement based on the width of your original coils.
