What should I buy for my patriot window

Hello,
I have a Patriot Kitchen Window that does not open/shut when I crank the handle. When I crank the handle on the working window (right) a gear starts to show on the outside after cranking. However, the left side does not move after cranking. I called Ply Gem Window and they referred me to swisco.
