Thanks for your patience during this busy season. We should be able to provide you with a new balance and shoe, but I need more information. Concerning the balance, can you tell me the length and diameter of the outer tube? For the shoe, can you tell me its precise width and thickness? You'll want to remove the shoe before you measure it to ensure that you're as accurate as possible.

Length of tube is 21" and is 5/8 diameter. The shoe is 2 1/4 long and 1/2" thick and 1 1/4 wide

Thanks! Based on that data, I recommend the S600-21 spiral balance and 15-046 pivot shoe. Please let me know if you had any questions.
