I had the end of the tape at the end of the arm.

Sure, take a look at our 39-013 and 39-014. I think these may be what you want. Carefully review the information we show for each product on their respective store pages and let me know if you had any questions.

So I got the 39-013 in the mail yesterday and when I removed the old one, it had a metal roller at the end, whereas the one y'all sent has a much fatter nylon roller that won't fit in the track. is there a different model that I need?
Otherwise, I'm pleased with the product and the service you have provided.

Apologies! Yes, this can sometimes be an issue with older operators. The 39-013 and 39-014 use the 39-533 Operator Track. See if you could replace your old one with this.
