Window Balance

We have some windows that all appear to use these balances. If you have a product to retrofit, we'd be interested in have a few to stock on-site.

There is the stamp "40E", followed by an indistinguishable symbol, followed by "GR" in much smaller font. The bottom anchor piece has the patent #4610108.

The dimensions are below.
37/64" wide
1 4/64" wide at the bottom "anchor" (green to green)
34/64" deep
41" long
41 3/4" long including string clip/hook

Hey there,

Thanks for posting! The balance you have here is the Series 795 Channel balance assembled with a 15-198 Balance Clip Attachment at the top of and the 15-194 1" T-Lock Balance Shoe. Given the stamp and the clip on the assembly, the replacements will need to be custom assemblies.

Before we move forward there are a few details I'd like to double check. To start, based on the stamp, the length of the channel, excluding any attachments, should be 40". If the length of the channel is 41", I'll need to know the exact weight of the sash to confirm the stamp option for your replacements.
