Window Balance
Your window balances appears to be the S765-21 Balance with a 20-3 stamp. It is recommended to replace both balances at once so that the older balance doesn't wear the newer balance out.
The 26-053A Balance Stop is used to cover the installation screw at the top of the window track.
This balance is compatible with the 15-046 Pivot Shoe. If you find yours need to be replaced, be sure to compare the dimensions to confirm it will be a fit in the track.
The compatible pivot bar is the 26-040.
Yes, the parts listed would repair one side of the window, if you were to purchase just one of each. However, it is recommended to repair both sides of the window at the same time to prevent the older balances from wearing down the replacements.
