Window Balance Coil Broke

Question

Hello! I recently placed an order but just cancelled it because now i'm uncertain if I ordered the correct coil. My window weighs 13 pounds and both left and right coils snapped. I've attached some pictures. I think only the coils need to be replaced. Any assistance is SO appreciated! I am a homeowner but I like to think I'm a quicker learned because I got this far LOL

Hey there,

Your pivot shoe looks a lot like our 15-177. Although, to confirm if this is the correct replacement, you'll need to remove your existing shoe from the window and compare the dimensions to those shown below.

These are compatible with the 1/2" thick Series 152 coil balance springs. Specifically, you'll need the S152-6 Coil Balance Spring. You may also need the 33-072 to secure the coil to the shoe. The compatible cover and bushing hardware are the 15-143 coil bushing, 15-144 coil bushing cap, and the 15-145 coil support barrel.
