Window Balance Shoe Part Help Please

Hi Swisco - thank you so much for offering this service!!

The channel has imprinted "33B BSI TH"
The Shoe has imprinted "Pat #s 6,679,000 // 4,610,108 // D467,490"

The clip at the top of the shoe gave way, releasing the channel/spring from the window sash. The channel/spring appear to be in fine working order. I think I just need to order replacement shoes.

Can you help me to identify the proper replacement part?

Thanks for posting! We do sell similar shoes, but they won't fit on your balance since yours has a deep groove in the bottom. You will need to replace the channel balance entirely. I recommend our Series 795.

Thank you for your follow up - very much appreciated. I can see I need the 33B from the markings on my channel. Based on my photos, can you confirm that I also would need some kind of clip attachment. Is it the 15-198?

Our Series 795 screws in at the top, but I totally overlooked the hook in your fourth picture. Sorry about that!

We can custom make a balance for you with a 15-198 hook, though you may also be able to simply pop a 26-200 screw plug into the hole where the old hook went. It depends, though. If the hole in question is square, then our 26-200 should work great. You can pop that in, then install our Series 795 as-is, without any custom order.

If it's a narrow slot, then we'll need to custom make a balance for you. If that's the case, let me know how many you need and I'll whip up a custom order link and price quote.

I do not have a square hole, so I think I need the custom version with the 15-198 hook.

I have a number of windows where this should be the fix, but I want to test it out on one window before ordering for the rest. Can you quote me for two of them?

the Series 795 (33B) with 15-198 hook on the end?

Tom - Thank you again for your help. The parts came today and were quick and easy to install - exactly what I needed.

Now that I know I have the right parts, I'd like to order some more.

I need:
12 x Series 795 (33B) with 15-198 Hook
6 x Series 795 (26B) with 15-198 Hook

Can you put together another custom order form for these?

Tom I think I am in need of the same thing you were able to put together for Kevin. Also just so happens I am also Kevin. Can you let me know pricing on 4 balances with the hook on the top?

The balance that broke has 32c stamped on the balance. And the only numbers are pat numbers, 6,679,000 4,610,108 D467,490.

I am not a Kevin, but I need almost the same thing, however the balances I am searching for are 32B w\ the old PLYGEM 467 490 closed cam T-shoe + the attached hook for square holes. Could you shoot me over a quote for 2 of these?

Series 795 base
32" length
32B stamp for sashes weighing 14 through 20 pounds
15-198 hook on top
Default 15-195 shoe on bottom
