I just called your 888 number and was directed to send a email.

I need replacement window balances and shoes for ply gem windows. They are almost exactly like your Series 795 Channel Balances except they secure by clip instead of screw into the window channel. I also need the metal piece that attaches to the window that fits into the shoe as some are broken as well. Pictures attached.

Hello,

We can supply the S795-27 (27C) balances with the 15-198 hook attached but it will need to be a custom order. I'd also recommend checking an intact balance to confirm it uses the same close cam as the 15-195 T-lock shoe that comes with these balances. If so, we'll need to confirm the number of balances you need, with the minimum being two.

Thank you for the reply. I need 8 total. Both the 15-195 and 15-198 appear to be the correct dimensions, but we need an open cam so 15-195B instead. Pivot bar appears to be like 26-083 as it is only 2.5 inches long. Additional pictures attached. Thanks again, Rich

Thanks for getting back to us. We just sent over an order link and price quote for you to review. Keep in mind that the balances will come with the 15-195 closed-cam shoes so you'll need to purchase the 15-195B open-cam T-lock shoes separately and follow the video below to swap them out.

I also agree that the 26-083 pivot bars resemble yours as long as the backset of the installation holes shown below matches as well.

Thank you for sending my quote. I would like to increase the quantity to 10 and also include 15 pivot bars plus 15 screws. I added pictures yesterday afternoon. I believe I need 26-083 as my bars are 2.5 inches long.

I forgot. I also believe I need open cams. Thank you. - Rich

We just sent over an updated link for ten balances. The order link only includes the balances themselves, which are only shipped with the stock 15-195 shoes. You'll need to add the 15-195B open-cam shoes and pivot bars to the order directly from our website since they are both stock items.
