Window Channel Balance

My window is vinyl, single sash, tilt in, 36"x60". Balance length is 27", width about 9/16"" or 8/16". I would like to replace the entire balance. The number on the back is SL 26 5 5/10/05. Appreciate your help.

How should I replace the old shoe. There is no cut in the tracks which would allow me to do it. Thanks,

Thank you for posting, we carry the new style pivot shoe 15-046. Take a look at the videos we have included to help you on the removal of the pivot shoe from the track.
