I purchased items 39-412 & 39-413 for my window. The window channel that is on the window is too shallow for these parts. The current channel measure 13 3/4 x 5/8 x 1/8. It seams that we need new ones that are 13 3/4 x 5/8 x 1/4 Would this be the part that I would need to order?

Hello, Alexis. The 39-504 is not compatible with the 39-412 or 39-413, unfortunately. This track is only meant to take very thin steel wheels, whereas these two operators have much thicker nylon wheels.
These operators are meant to install on a track like our 39-505, but these install on the face of the sash, not underneath it like the 39-504.
I think, ultimately, the 39-412 and 39-413 were the wrong parts for the job. Would you happen to have the originals on hand for me to look at? If so, would it be possible to see a photo of it side-by-side with one of the new operators?
Thank you! These photos are a huge help. I think our 39-365 and 39-366 operators would have been a better pick for this window. These have the thin metal disc at the end, just like your original, and should be fully compatible with your old track.
As for whether the 39-505 can work on your window, I'm not optimistic that it can. Your operator arms are meant to reach under the sash to meet the track, but the 39-505 needs operators that only reach just short of it.
