Thanks for your post! This window operator reminds me of a few we supply. I'm confident we can recommend a replacement but I'll need to know the length of the operator arm. This measurement should be taken from the center of the gear arm to the end of the arm.

I'll also need to see a photo of the roller/wheel on the arm.

Thanks for confirming! Your window operator is an older version of the 39-014 Casement Window Operator. Its opposite is the 39-013. Carefully double check the specifications to ensure this is the replacement you need.
