Hello,
From what we can tell it looks like the handle to the crank part is broke off. This window open out and to the left.

Hello,

Unfortunately, the spline the handle attaches to can't be repaired, so the whole operator will need to be replaced. We'll need you to manually open the window and show us a photo of the arms that move the sash to compare to our inventory. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to us. Take a look and compare the specifications of the 39-035 and 39-036 EntryGard operators to yours. Both are used with the 39-107FK folding handle and cover kit.
