Window Crank Casement window

I am looking for a replacement crank for a casement window, The house was built in 1962. The length is 12 in and the height of the assembly is 5/8 of an inch. Internal gear is stripped.

Unfortunately, your operator is discontinued and no longer available. The closest possible matches we have is our 39-027E, with a 9-1/2" long arm, or our 39-013 with a 13-1/2" long arm. Could you use either of these? You would also need a new handle like our 39-114L.

I think what you have recommended the 39-027E may work. I would probably need to replace the track as well.
