Window Crank Mechanism

A home owner from Minnesota says:
My window crank mechanism quit working and I am hoping it makes sense to just replace the part, if available. I took measurements as seen in the photo above, but can take any photo needed to help identify the specific part, thanks!

Hello!

Start by comparing your dimensions to our 39-315 and 39-316 operators to see if these match up to your original assembly.

A home owner from Minnesota says:
Thank you, that is helpful.

So, I removed the part and noticed it is a "Truth 45136" part number if that is helpful.

I also took some measurements, as attached to this reply post.

I would need it for both the right and left windows.

Does this help pinpoint what part to order from you?

Thanks!

I wouldn't focus on that number to identify what you have since those part numbers are often used for multiple Truth brand operators. Its tough to get accurate measurements from photos but I'll post the dimensions down below. You can use this as a reference for what to measure. Let me know if this helps.

A home owner from MN says:
I believe these parts will do the trick and I have set one up for notifications as one is on back order.

Can you recommend what knob / handle piece is compatible with these that I can order as well? Also, do you sell the seal / gasket?

Emily from SWISCO responded:

Sure! The 39-114L and 39-205 handles are compatible with the 39-315 and 39-316. We carry many different types of weatherstripping but we'll need you to remove a piece of yours so that we can see a clear view of the end profile to compare to our inventory.

A home owner from MN says:
Attached are some pictures and measurements of the crank. The old gasket/seal has worn away, but I am confident I will be ordering the Truth Dyad Operator that you previously recommended (39-315). So, whatever gasket/seal you recommend for that! Thank you.

This gasket reminds me of the 39-564 but compare our dimensions with yours to see if this matches what you need.
