Hi,
I need help in sourcing crank closures for these casement windows. The current crank/closer has a patent number #30752

Looks like you need a new casement window operator. I'd be happy to make a recommendation, but in order to do so I will need you to remove one of these from the window and show me a clear photo of the entire assembly without obstruction. Would that be possible?

Thanks! Your operator appears to be an older version of our 39-014. You can review our arm size below to verify. but I'm confident that it will match. The design of the base is a little different but that's just how the manufacturer makes them these days. It shouldn't effect function at all.

We also sell the 39-013 for the opposite side.
