Window Latch needed....

Hello:

I need to replace a couple of these window latches and I'd like to identify the correct part. I have attached two photos and they are marked as "Truth 31850.

Sure thing, Glenn. This part is called a "window operator." Yours in particular looks to match our 39-315 and 39-316. Look these over and let me know if you had any questions!

Yes. This looks like it would work. Does it come in a finish other than white? Also,can just the latch be replaced without replacing the window? Thanks again, GR

The 39-315 and 39-316 come in three color options, which you can see on their respective store pages.

You can absolutely replace the operator without replacing the window, yes. They literally just screw on and off. It's a very simple repair job.
