Thanks for writing in! Based on the measurement you show, I do not believe this is a 13-1/2" arm. To get the most accurate measurement, you'll need to measure from the center of the gear to the center of the wheel at the end of the arm. Take a look at the dimensions below to confirm.

I'll also need to know if this operator is a rear mount operator or a front mount operator. If you are unsure, I'll need to see a photo of the installation holes.

Thanks for confirming this information. Take a look at our 39-407 and its opposite handed version, part 39-406. This has a 13-1/2" arm like yours. However, this part is only available in black and white.
