I have a client that is looking to have the right and left operator replaced on her casement windows but I am not 100% sure of the correct pasta to order.
I am going to get the arm measurement...but wanted to get some dialog started. I could not find a brand name on the windows.

The difference in arm length may or may not cause installation problems. If you find that it is a bit too long for the window to function properly, you could try adjusting the position of the mounting bracket on the sash frame. If you decide to go that route, just be careful not to hit the glass in the sash when making new installation holes.
