Thanks for posting. It looks like you have old pivot bars that rusted. It's difficult to tell with them in this shape, but see if the 26-040 matches what you have. If you also need to replace any of the pivot shoes these pivot bars fit into, we'll need you to remove an old shoe and tell us its width and thickness. The video below shows how to remove and replace pivot shoes.

Thanks, Dave. Your pivot shoe looks very similar to our 15-046. This may be a good match, but you will need to carefully review our dimensions to verify. Note that the most vital measurements are width and thickness; length won't be important in this application. 

These are unfortunately not something I can determine from just a photo of a tape measure, but you can review our dimensions below to make a determination.
