Not sure if these parts are Millard or some generic vinyl window parts. I would like to replace all the attached parts including the 9 lb spring.

Could you help me identify the part numbers

Thanks for reaching out to us. Looks like you need a new coil balance assembly. We sell these components individually. See our 15-180 pivot shoe, 15-186 clip, 15-182 bushing, and Series 190 coil spring.

Well the 15-180 is traditionally compatible with our 26-040 pivot bar. This doesn't match the one in your photos, though. We don't have an exact match for your original but it reminds me strongly of our 26-272 or maybe 26-378.

I think 26-040 might be the way to go, but you should check to ensure that the hole placement is the same before you buy anything.
