Hello,
I need assistance in identifying what type of shoe and pivot bar I need for my window. Thanks for your time.

I'm confident we can help, but we'll need more information. For the shoe, can you tell me its width and thickness? You may find it easier to measure if you remove it from the window first. As for the pivot bar, we will need to see a picture of it. I assume yours is corroded away, so this may be tricky. Do you have an undamaged version we can see?

The pivot bar is tricky because all of them are corroded but I managed to get a picture of one.

Shoe
Length= 2 inch
Width= 1 1/4 inch
Depth= 1/2 inch

Thanks! For a 1-1/4" wide by 1/2" thick pivot shoe, I recommend our 15-046. For the tilt bar, see our 26-040. You may also want to consider a 75-006 charging tool to help reinstall the balances in the new pivot shoe. It would make things easier.
