Window Parts Needed

Thanks for helping. I'm fairly confident we can replace all these parts for you; but to confirm the kind of coil balance system you have, I'd like to see one of the pivot shoes removed from the window, preferably undamaged. I also can't be certain of your tilt latch without seeing an undamaged version removed from the window, with multiple angles preferably. But you can start by looking at our 26-243 and 26-244 and seeing if their dimensions match your old latches.

Thank you! That looks like our 15-199 pivot shoe, which is itself compatible with our 1/2" thick Series 160 coil spring. Look these parts over and see what you think. Since you have three coils, I also recommend our 15-150T triple support. 

Just make sure your springs are 1/2" thick, that's a very important detail. Otherwise, I'm confident the hardware I picked out will work for you.

For the tilt latch, I agree with Bob; our 26-243 and 26-244 are the best parts to look at first. One key dimension to consider is the placement of the locking tooth on the belly. Refer to the image below which indicates this dimension for the two parts I suggested. It's labelled as 3/16".
