Window Repair Help Needed

A handy person from Maple Grove MN says:
I am in the process of selling my house and have a variety of windows that open, but will not stay open. I believe the part that needs to be replaced is 21 inches in length, but I have had a trouble finding replacement parts online. The vinyl windows are about 20 years old. I also need a few of the metal pieces on the bottom the tie into the balance.
Please help.
Thank you.

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Hi Bill. This is a Series 770 Channel Balance. Please compare, and let me know if you have any further questions about narrowing down which you need. If you need a new pivot bar, see if the 26-378 matches up. For the pivot shoe, you might need the 15-129, but removing and comparing the dimensions would be best.
