Please review the attached Photo & advise on the correct replacement part.
With no cut outs for replacement - it would appear That I would also need sash spreading tools. Please confirm & mave a reccomendation.

Last year I purchasaed some Pivot Bars - those worked well so I may be in the system already
Hi Jared, I suspect you are showing an older version of the 15-215 Pivot Shoe, which is a part of the Series 140 Coil Balance assemblies, but I highly advise removing the old one and comparing to confirm the width and thickness match up.
As far as removing the shoe, you could use the 75-069 Jamb Spreaders; or you could form your own cutout to remove the shoe. See the video below.
