Hello, Based on your description, it sounds like you need replacement coil springs that attach to your pivot shoes. We most likely have the replacements you need but we'll need to see your coils and shoes removed from the window and to know the width and thickness to narrow down your replacement options. These pictures are great. It looks like you have the S165 coil spring which is compatible with both 15-199 and 15-111 pivot shoes. Compare the width and thickness to determine which option you need if the pivot shoe needs to be replaced as well. I've also related some parts and videos for you to review. Thank you! |
