Window actuator

A quick learner from Annandale, MN says:

This is a Vision 2000 window by Weathershield (I think). Need new actuator mechanism. It has Truth 31850 stamped in one of the arms.

Your operator resembles an older version of the 39-316 and 39-315. Please review the dimensions and comapre to your original for a good fit!
