Window arm gears and a locking arm for a different window

We have a control mechanism for opening or closing a window where the gears teeth have been broken. Also on a separate window, we have locking arm that has been broken off

Thanks for reaching out to us. From what I can see of the operator, it reminds me of our 39-253LB & 39-253RB and 39-438B & 39-439B. I recommend you watch the video below. It will help you choose the correct operator for your repair.

Our operators also use the 39-375 & 39-376 or 39-451 & 39-452 covers and handles depending on your preferences.

As for the lock, can you remove it from the window and show us a photo?

Yes, it looks like I will need the 39-253LB.

As for the locking mechanism, i have provided another picture. Looks like it is an older model and not sure which part to order.

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, we do not carry a suitable replacement for the lock assembly shown in your photo. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
