Window balance

My window does not stay up. When I hinge my window out ,I see that on the right side the white piece is broken. I was told this Covers the balance and needs to be replace. On the window the sticker says Moncton Wintons 0608171400 8/17/06 A10 other numbers listed are 8308705/03 unit: 47 5000 59 5000 paten 5EB 5EB5EB G1 43 5000 26 8125. I would appreciate any help you can give me. If you have this replacement part that I need please let me know and also the cost. Thank you so much. My name is Carol

That information doesn't mean anything to us. Can you send a photo of the part so that we can see what SWISCO part will replace it?

Thank you! We believe you have our 3/8" thick Series 165 coil balance with a 15-199 pivot shoe. For the cover, see either our 15-205 (for 3 springs) or 15-206 ( for 4 springs). We see you have one broken cover and the coil springs under it might have sprung. See our related videos for installation tips.
