Need a Tilt Window Channel Balance

Thanks for writing in. I'm afraid I can't narrow down what you need off of this information alone. Can you show us pictures of the balance and clip out of the window? That would help narrow down what you need. Many thanks.

Thanks for getting back to me, this is what we needed to see. So you have our Series 795 Channel Balance with the 15-194 1" T-Lock Shoe, as well as a 15-198 hook at the top. This hook in not built into our standard Series 795 balances, which screw-in to the window track instead. Fortunately, we can custom build these balances for you with the hook attached, as well as the correct T-Lock Shoe. 

To be safe, please confirm that your balance's metal channel, not including the T-Lock Shoe, is 28" long.
