Your pivot shoe looks like our 15-199, which is compatible with either our 1/2" thick Series 160 coil balance or the 3/8" thick Series 165. You have to measure your old spring to determine the best option.

We also sell the 26-378 pivot bar. Yours is similar to this, but you should review the dimensions we show on the 26-378 store page to confirm.
