Window balance

Question

The lenght of the metal is 23" and the actual width of the metal track is 1/2". It has a stamp of 2220 on the metal. I need to replace 6 of these. Can you help me and give me a part # to order them. Thanks Matt

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S351-23 or S390-23, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.
