Window balance

Question

Two windows need new balances. Larger window balance is stamped 36C. Smaller window balance is stamped 36A. I have confirmed both are 36" long minus the mounts at the ends.

Thanks for reaching out! Your balances balance are our Series 795 with a 15-195B 1-1/4" Open Cam, T-Lock Balance Shoe. You'll need the S795-36 with a 36 C Stamp.

The T-Lock shoe you need is sold separately and you will need to swap them out with the shoes already installed to the balance. Take a look at the video below for instructions on how to swap them out.
