Window won't stay open, looks like 3 coils and bottom of assembly is cracked. Thanks!

Hey there!

We don't sell this pivot shoe. The 15-199 may be worth considering though. This is designed to be used with the 1/2" thick Series 160 or the 3/8" thick Series 165 coil balances. Based on the design of your old spring support, your old spring band may be 3/8" thick but I recommend measuring to be sure.

Looks like the pivot shoe is intact, but it's the coil casing that needs to be replaced. Is there a coil casing that you would recommend? Do you guys sell any kits? Including all the coils, casing, and pivot shoe?

I'm afraid we don't sell a kit. However, if the spring band is 3/8 thick, the 15-205 triple coil support may work for you.
