Thanks for posting See our 15-087 Pivot Shoe and 15-086 Tandem Housing, as well as the 16-024 Mounting Bracket. This system works with Series 180 Coil Balance springs. Those '5' stamps on the housing might indicate you can use the S180-05 5 pound springs, but to be safe you can weigh the window sash to determine if these are the correct weights to choose.
