Window balance

Looking to replace the entire mechanism.  I was told the springs are as follows.  S175BS and S175BL.   I'm looking for a complete assembly if possible.

Thanks for posting. This looks like an older version of the 15-177 Pivot Shoe, which works with Series 152 Coil balance springs sold separately. A spring stamped 'H' might be tantamount to an 8 pound spring weight, which means you'd need the S152-8 8 pound springs. You can weigh the window sash to verify this. See below.

Great, what holds the spring in place? The old one was sitting in that white plastic bracket in my pictures. It screws into the window guide.   The sash weighs 22.8lbs.

We offer the 15-143, 15-144, and 15-145 support hardware for these coil springs, as well as the 33-072 screw. Based on your sash weight, I would recommend using one S152-6 and one S152-5 coil on each side.

How do you stack two spring coils with these?  Is there an instructional video?

The coils would be stacked on top of each other the same as your original assembly and screwed to the side of the pivot shoe. We do not have a video showing this exact assembly but see the video below showing a coil balance with three springs to help point you in the right direction.
