A Swisco agent tells me my actual shoe is no longer available. But he showed me an alternative.
The dimensions for the pivot shoe (15-177) and cool spring (series 152) appear to be correct. But I'm still not convinced. I have attached additional pics showing the front, back and side views. I hope this helps. Let me know if you need any more information.

Thanks for reaching out to us! Your pivot shoe is no longer made, as you mentioned, but we would recommend our 15-199 as a replacement which is used with the 1/2" Series 160 and 3/8" Series 165 coil springs. You'll need to measure the width of the band on your old springs to see which Series matches best.
In order to determine the correct coil spring weights, you would need to divide your sash weight by the total number of springs in the window.

It appears that pivot shoe- (model# 15-199, 17/32" thick) and series 160 coil balance (1/2" wide is what I need for my window that weighs 17 lbs. The original coil had an imprint of S8 on it.
So, I want to order two(2) 15-199 pivot shoes and two(2) 9 lb. 1/2"coil balances.
Please let me know if you need any more info, what the cost is and if you prefer check or credit card.
