Thanks for posting! Your pivot shoe looks like the 15-177. Which is compatible with the Series 152 Coil Balance Spring. Check the coil for any stamps that might help you determine the spring strength you'll need.

To confirm that this is the right replacement shoe, you'll need to compare the measurements below to your existing hardware to confirm that it is the right replacement.

The measurement 15-177 is the same as I have here at home, and the stamp on the spring is D6. Please let me know if you have any on hand\

Can you tell me if Swisco sells the metal cam in the center of the balance shoe individually and if so what is that cost.

We do not sell the metal cam separately, unfortunately. You would need to replace the entire pivot shoe.

In regard to the coils spring, since it is stamped with a 6, you'd need the S152-6.
