These are the springs which work well. I am trying to identify what they lock into on the bottom pane. The window balance?
Looks like a plastic piece the spring latches onto..couldn't get close to get a picture. I could remove the window if needed

I can't be sure but I suspect that you may have a version of the S8795 channel balance with the 15-198 clip attached, which we could supply through a cusotm order. To confirm, we will need to see the T-lock shoe that the balance connects to removed from the window, as well as the stamp code on the metal channel. Lastly, we'll need to know the number of balances that you need with the minimum being two. Thank you!

Thanks for the videos. I think I need these T lock shoes. the plastic is broken on the tops and I cannot attached the spring section. I would like to order 4. if there are two sizes then I will just guess and order 4 of each to cover my bases. There are numbers on them you can just about make out if that helps identify the right replacement

Thanks for getting back to us. If you suspect that you only need the T-lock shoe, take a look at the 1-1/4" wide 15-195 or the smaller 15-194 shown below. The 15-195 comes with the stock S795 balance but you would need to remove the shoe from the window to confirm the correct match.
