Hello,

I can't be sure based on a damaged balance but your assembly is similar to the S795-24 (24B). With that being said, it looks like yours might use a hook like the 15-198 instead of the screw tab used with our stock balances. We can still supply them but it would need to be a custom order.

I'd recommend checking an intact balance to confirm that the 15-195 T-lock shoe matches yours. We'll also need to know the number of balances you need, with the minimum being two. Thank you!

Thank you. I took a few more pictures to see if it helps?

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, these photos do not give us any new information. You'll need to remove an intact balance from one of your windows to confirm that the specifications of the 15-195 we provided match your T-lock shoe.

OK it looks like the dimensions do match 15-195. The channel balance is 24 inches long. Added a couple more pictures with the intact mechanism. Please let me know if you believe this is the right model and We can go ahead and order. Thank you.

It looks like you'll need the 15-195B open-cam version of the S795 T-lock shoe. The custom balances will come with the 15-195 attached, so you would need to add the 15-195B shoes to your order directly from our website and swap them out following the video below.

We just sent over an order link and price quote for 14 balances, two for each window. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else. Thank you!
