Window balance replacement

Hi. I need windows balance replacements as 3 springs rusted and 3 strings broke due to wear over time. What model is compatible with this?looks like tag says 27 D It was hard to compare but was thinking S395. 28in long from metal to metal.

Hey there. Looks like you have the S378-28, S380-28 or S385-28 Channel Balance. The difference is the shoe depth. See below.

That '27D' stamp refers to the stamp option, or the strength of the balance. Choose 2740 for the replacement.
