Window balance stamped 7K

Question

This is a window balance that's stamped 7K with no other markings. It's broken and I'm looking for a replacement but I can't seem to find one that fits anywhere online.

Please review the 15-177 pivot shoe that is compatible with the Series 152 coil springs. Compare the dimensions below to confirm a good fit!

Based on the 7K stamp, see the S152-7 coil spring. Together with the other side, the total sash weight should be 14 pounds.
