Window balance and pivot

Question

Hi there, I'm replacing channel balances for 3 windows and your identification algorithm suggests they are series 795 (springs runing in a plain channel). The markings on 2 windows are 32D and the third is 30D. Similar to Home Owner from Knoxville, the balance clip attachment is a hook. I could not find the pivot though.

Hey Silvana,

Thanks for reaching out! Your window balances are Series 795 Channel Balances with 15-198 Balance Clip Attachments installed to the top of them. We can supply the replacements, but I'll need to provide you with a quote to place the order.

The shoe on the balance in the 15-195B open cam T-Lock shoe. You'll need to remove the shoe that will come on the replacements and attach this shoe once you receive the replacements. There is a video tutorial below with instructions on how to swap them out.

These are sold separately and will not be included in the quote. Be sure to add them to the cart, from the website, to have them ship with the order.
