Window balancer

Thanks for reaching out to us! There is a good chance we may be able to supply you with the replacements you need for your balances but I'll need to see a photo of the existing hardware removed from the window to confirm. I'm sorry to say I would not be able to identify them based on the window brand and weight.

I am specifically looking to see any attachments on the top and bottom of the balance as well as any that could possibly be left behind in the window channel.

Thanks for the photos. The balance shoe you'll need is the 15-111 Pivot Shoe. I am confident his is the correct replacement but be sure to carefully compare the dimensions to confirm.

The compatible coil balance is the 1/2" thick Series 160 Coil Balance. Given the sash weight, I suggest using a combination of the S160-04 and the S160-05 coil balances. The cover used with this assembly is the 15-150D 1/2" Coil Double Support.
