Yes! These pictures are a huge help. It looks like you have a Series 795 with a 15-198 hook attached on top rather than a screw clip. Can you confirm that your hook looks like our 15-198? If it indeed is our 15-198, this is not a stock item of ours, so your balance will have to be a custom order. With that said, I'm going to email you a custom balance purchase link and price quote for (4) of these balances. 

If you need a new T-lock shoe, see our 15-236. Remove yours from the balance and see if this matches your original. If it doesn't or if you're unsure, show us a picture of it removed and we can work from there. One last thing to note: the custom balance will not come with a 15-236 closed cam shoe. You will need to purchase that separately and attach it once you receive them. They just pop on and off, it's very easy.
